AxiumAI, a leader in AI-powered autonomous player engagement, has appointed Claire Painting as their new Chief Experience Officer CXO, further enhancing their leadership capabilities as gaming operators continue to embrace AI-driven strategies to effectively engage their players.
AxiumAI is recognized for bringing together marketing product UX and technology teams to craft unified experiences that are consumer-centric at scale. Painting will play a pivotal role in the growth and vision of AxiumAI as the gaming operator continues to expand their AI-powered player engagement platform.
Painting brings over 20 years of experience within the global sports betting/gaming sector to her new role as Chief Experience Officer CXO at AxiumAI.
Most recently, Painting was appointed as the Director of Player Experience at Entain, a position that saw her lead a global cross-functional team of over 100 specialists based within the UK, Gibraltar, Vienna, Hyderabad, and Manila.
As a member of the Entain family, Painting was responsible for developing and delivering the player experience strategy for the operator group’s international portfolio of brands.
This included the oversight of core player journeys such as registration, payment, account management, compliance, promotions, and gamification, as well as developing global UX/UI design systems and customer experience measurement systems.
The move further enhances AxiumAI’s leadership as it continues to enhance its autonomous player engagement technologies and assist operators with delivering real-time, personalized 1 to 1 player experiences.
